Greg Szczurek
If you've taken a computer to the Langford shop in the last few years, there's a good chance Greg is the one who fixed it. He is the rare technician who will spend an hour tracing a fault on a board because replacing the board would cost you four times as much.
He explains what went wrong in language you can actually follow, without making you feel foolish for asking. He'll tell you when a repair isn't worth it. In a trade where the customer usually can't check the work, that kind of honesty is the whole product.
